にブラシを有するブラシ筒が配設され、該ブラシ
筒の回転手段が設けられ、該ブラシ筒の外周に洗
浄液の放出孔が形成され、前記ブラシ筒に並べて
線材案内管が配設され、該線材案内管の周面に洗
浄液の流入孔が形成され、該流入孔に洗浄液を送
るための液送装置が連通され、前記線材案内管と
ブラシ筒とが連通接続されたことを特徴とする線
