Claims (1)
- 真空槽内に走査型トンネル顕微鏡を有する真空
装置において、この真両槽内で前記走査型トンネ
ル顕微鏡に装着された探針部と対向する位置に、
回転および前後進可能なシヤフトを設置し、該シ
ヤフトの探針側端部には、バネ材および凹型部が
設けられていることを特徴とする探針脱着機構。
