に外嵌する外筒と、前記アームの一端及び外筒間
に介在してこれらに固着される筒状の第１の弾性
部材と、前記内筒と外筒との間に介在され且つ前
記内筒及び外筒に比べ筒長さの短い筒状の摺動部
材とを備えてなり、前記内筒と摺動部材の各当接
面の軸方向略中央位置に、互いに合致する球形状
の凸部及び凹部を夫々設けたブツシユ構造におい
て、前記内筒と外筒間の、前記摺動部材の軸方向
両側位置に夫々第２の弾性部材を介在させたこと
