制循環式風呂釜に関するもので、特に湯温が設定
温度に達した後の湯の循環に伴なう放熱ロス及び
ポンプの消費電力を最小限に押えるようにした強
制循環式浴槽の調温装置を提供するものである。

上低下している場合にはポンプを継続して作動す
るとともに、バーナの点滅器に燃焼指令を発し、
設定温度の許容温度差内にある場合にはポンプの
回転を停止させる旨の指令を出し、以下これら一
連の動作を繰返えす回路を内蔵した制御装置をポ
ンプ、温度検出器、点滅器及び温度設定器に接続
したものである。

再び浴槽1に送出されるようになつている。9は
浴室等に設置された温度設定器で、これによつて
設定された温度と前記の温度検出器5により検出
された温度に基づいて湯温を制御装置8により調
節するようになつている。該制御装置8は温度設
定器9で設定した温度に沸き上げたときにバーナ
6の燃焼及びポンプ4の回転を停止する回路を内
蔵するとともに、温度設定器9で設定した温度に
達した後一定時間T1後にポンプ4を回転作動す
る回路と、ポンプ4の作動後湯水が十分に循環し
て循環パイプ2内及び浴槽1内の湯温が平均化さ
れる時間T2後に、温度検出器5による検出温度
と設定温度とを比較し、湯温が設定温度の許容温
度差以上に低下している場合にはポンプ4を継続
して作動し、かつバーナ6の点滅器7に燃焼指令
を発し、設定温度の許容温度差内にある場合はポ
ンプ4を停止する旨の指令を出す回路を内蔵した
ものである。この制御装置8を上記した温度検出
器5、ポンプ4、点滅器7及び温度設定器9とに
接続した構成である。

令が発せられ、点滅器7が作動してバーナ6の燃
焼を停止し、またポンプ4の回転も停止する。そ
の後一定時間T1経過後に制御装置8によりポン
プ4を作動する指令が出されポンプ4が作動し、
浴槽1及び循環パイプ2内を湯が十分に循環、撹
拌し湯温が平均化された時点(ポンプ作動後T2
時間後)で温度検出器5からの検出温度と設定温
度とを比較し、設定温度の許容温度差以上に低下
している場合にはポンプ4を継続して作動し、か
つバーナ6を再び燃焼させて、湯温が温度設定器
9による設定温度に達すると前記の通りポンプ4
の回転を停止し、かつバーナ6の燃焼を停止す
る。また、設定温度の許容温度差内にあればポン
プ4の回転を停止する。以下同様に再び一定時間
T1をおいてポンプ4を作動し、検出温度と設定
温度とを比較して許容温度範囲にあるか否かによ
りバーナを点滅して湯温の調節をする。(第2図
参照)これらの動作を繰返すことにより常に浴槽
内の湯温を設定温度の許容温度差内に自動的に誤
差なく調温することができる。

ができる等実益の多い考案である。
