第２ストツパと、前記ハンドルの一端が第２スト
ツパに当接する方向に該ハンドルを付勢する第１
スプリングと、ドアに固設され前記レバーが当接
する第３ストツパと、前記レバーが第３ストツパ
に当接する方向に該レバーを付勢する第２スプリ
ングとを備え、前記ハンドルの一端が第２ストツ
パに当接しかつ前記レバーが第３ストツパに当接
しているとき前記フツク片と前記ラツチピンが係
