    設けられた金属遮蔽層と、該金属遮蔽層の周上に
    押出被覆されたプラスチツクシースとから成るも
    のにおいて、金属遮蔽層とプラスチツクシースと
    の間に、導電性ゴム・プラスチツク層、金属箔、
    導電性走水防止層の順に積層一体化された走水防
    止兼遮水テープを導電性走水防止層が金属遮蔽層
    と接するように設けたことを特徴とするプラスチ
    ツク絶縁電力ケーブル。
