Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable drying to be performed properly and evenly in every time the drying running is continued a plurality of times by turning off a heater and turning on only a blast mamas by both temperature sensors provided an inlet and outlet of a heat exchanging means if the starting temperature condition is judged insufficient. CONSTITUTION:In a prior clothing drier, the running thereof is started while a difference between T1, T2 is present, so that sufficient drying is not achieved. Thus, when at least a predetermined difference between temperatures T1, T2 is present in the start of running or temperature T1 or T2 is at least a predetermined one, a heater 11 is suspended until temperatures of an inlet and outlet 21, 22 of a heat exchanger are made equal to each other, and after blast running of running only a motor 12 both heater power control switch 7 and motor power control switch 8 are turned on to perform the normal drying running. Thus, even if another clothing is to be continuously dried a plurality of times, the condition for the starting point of running can be made equal to that for the first time.

2. Description of the Related Art In a conventional clothes dryer of this type, a heat exchanger for removing humidity is provided in a part of a hot air circulation path including a rotating drum and a heater, and each of the inlet and outlet portions of the heat exchanger is provided with a heat exchanger for removing humidity. was equipped with a temperature sensor. Then, the temperature detected by these temperature sensors and the amount of change in the temperature difference over a certain period of time were calculated. This temperature difference has a correlation with the degree of dryness. For example, as shown in Figure 2, as drying progresses, a difference in temperature between the inlet part T1 and the exhaust part T2 is used to dry the air. He was assessing the condition. In addition, the amount of clothes to be dried is determined based on the detected temperature after a predetermined period of time has elapsed from the start of operation, and when the amount of clothes to be dried is small, intermittent operation of the morph that drives the rotating drum is performed.

That is, when drying a new material to be dried from the second time onwards, as shown in Figure 4, the temperature inside the rotating drum may be high or the temperature near the heat exchanger inlet of the hot air circulation path may be too high. The conditions at the start of operation may be different from the first time, such as a large temperature difference near the outlet, and even immediately after starting operation, drying may have already progressed halfway, or the amount of material to be dried may be less than standard. The motor and heater could not be controlled correctly because it was determined as if it were.

Function: In the clothes dryer of the present invention, when restarting operation after putting clothes to be dried in the middle of drying, the rain detection temperature and the temperature difference at a predetermined time after restarting the operation are set to a predetermined value. If the temperature exceeds this value, it is determined that the starting temperature conditions are insufficient, and the heater is turned off until the temperature difference disappears or becomes less than a very small value, and then the heater and motor are turned off again after performing ventilation operation. Turn on and perform normal drying operation.
