ーチヤート、第５図は、この発明による発振周波
数の温度による変化を示す図である。 図中、１は水晶発振器、２は恒温槽、３は恒温
槽制御回路、４は周波数比較回路、５は遅延回路
、６は周波数分配記器、７は出力端子、８は温度
検出回路である。なお、図中、同一あるいは相当
部分には同一符号を付して示してある。

Claims (1)
- 信号を出力する水晶発振器と、出力された信号
を分配する周波数分配器と、前記分配器から分配
された信号を遅延させる遅延回路と、前記分配器
の分配出力と前記遅延回路の遅延出力との周波数
比較を行う周波数比較回路と、前記周波数比較回
路の出力により恒温槽を制御する恒温槽制御回路
と、前記恒温槽制御回路にて制御され水晶発振器
の温度を安定化する恒温槽とを備えたことを特徴
とする恒温槽制御型水晶発振器。
