<Prior art and its problems> Conventionally, lubricating oil or cooling water has been flowing to lubricate or cool the bearings of rotating machinery, and in order to visually check the liquid level, turbidity, etc. A closed liquid flow inspection device as shown in Figs. 4 and 5 is inserted into a part of the pipeline. This inspection device is provided with a pair of inspection windows 2 protruding orthogonally to a vertical tube 1, and a transparent glass 3 is attached to the windows 2. The liquid flow inside the tube 1 can be visually inspected by the light transmitted through the pair of windows 2. If a lack of lubricating oil or cooling water or contamination of the fluid is detected late during this inspection, it may shorten the life of related mechanical equipment or even cause a major accident. , accurate observation is required.
In order to accurately observe the state of the liquid flowing down the pipe, it is desirable that the liquid flow form a single band and flow down the center of the pipe, but generally speaking, when liquid flows down the pipe, Flows along the pipe wall due to the viscosity of the liquid and surface tension, so if the liquid flow is small relative to the pipe diameter, the liquid 9 may move out of the field of view of the inspection window 2, as shown in the longitudinal cross-sectional view of Figure 6. There was a problem that it was difficult to observe the liquid flow when the liquid flowed at a certain position. In addition, lubricating oil may adhere to the inner surface of the glass 3 of the window 2 through the tube wall.
Furthermore, the glass 3 may become opaque due to the oxidized sludge, or in the case of cooling water, algae may grow on the inner surface of the glass 3 and the glass 3 may become opaque, making inspection impossible. This often occurs, and the window glass 3 must be removed and cleaned each time, resulting in problems such as a reduction in machine operating efficiency and increased man-hours.

<Means for Solving the Problems> In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, this invention aims to solve the problems described above. A funnel is placed in the tube to concentrate the liquid flow in the tube to the center of the tube.

<Example> An example will be described below with reference to the drawings.
Figures 1 and 2 are a front view and a longitudinal sectional view of the device of the present invention, respectively, and Figures 3-A and 3-B are A-A in Figure 1.
The inspection window 2, which is a cross-sectional view of the surface, shows a glass 3 attached to a flange 2a fixed to the tip of a pipe 5, which is fixed perpendicularly to a through hole in the center of a vertical pipe 1, by means of a flange 2b and a bolt 2c. It has a well-worn structure. Further, a funnel 7 is disposed inside the tube 1 above the inspection window 2. The outer diameter of the upper end of the funnel 7 is closely fixed to the inner diameter of the tube 1, and the lower end 8 is circular with a diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the tube 1 and has the same center axis, as shown in the horizontal cross-sectional view of Fig. 3-A. It is open at the top. Therefore, the fluid 10 flowing through the tube 1 is concentrated at the center of the tube 1 by the funnel 7. The shape of the lower end 8 of this funnel 7 may be rectangular as shown in FIG. 3-B, or may be oval. Further, the opening area may be appropriately selected depending on the flow rate of the liquid.

Further, the material of the funnel 7 may be the same as that of the tube 1, but any material may be used as long as it has the necessary corrosion resistance and strength.
Further, the material of the glass 3 may be acrylic resin or the like as long as it is transparent and has corrosion resistance. The flanges 6 fixed to the upper and lower ends of the tube 1 are connected to the flange 4a of the liquid passage tube 4, so that the tube can be inserted into the pipeline.

<Effects of the invention> As explained above, the liquid flowing in the vertical pipe of the liquid flow inspection device is concentrated at the center of the pipe using the funnel, so that the liquid flows down through the inspection window regardless of the amount of liquid. You will be able to accurately observe the liquid situation. In addition, since there is almost no liquid adhering to the glass of the inspection window, there is no need to disassemble and clean the window, which results in a reduction in man-hours and an increase in machine operation rate. Get results.
