- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 測定管と、該測定管に設けられた電極とを具備
する電磁流量計において、 導電性材質と前記測定管と同材質の混合からな
り中心部は導電性材質が多く周辺部で前記測定管
と同材質が多い傾斜接合をなし前記測定管の内周
面から前記測定管の外周方向に直径が徐々に小さ
くなる円錐形状をなす電極を具備したことを特徴
とする電磁流量計。
