【考案の詳細な説明】 〈産業上の利用分野〉 この考案はダクトの接続部構造に関するもので

〈この考案が解消しようとする問題点〉 従来ダクトの接続部は先づ裁断したL形アング
ル材を溶接して四角枠状のフランジを形成して、
該フランジをダクトの開口端に嵌めて、ダクトと
の間を鋲止めして取付けて形成して来たものであ
るが、かゝるダクトの接続部はその形成に当つて
多くの熟練した工程を要してなお溶接時の熱歪み
や鋲止めによる引張変形等が生ずるという問題が
あつた。本考案は先に出願人が提案した実願昭59
−100702号と異なる構造において、かゝる問題点
を解消しようとするものである。

〈考案の構成〉 本考案はダクトを構成する各側板の開口側端部
に鉤折段面を有す細帯状の段落溝を設け、該段落
溝に続いて折曲縁付のとも板フランジを折り立て
形成し、該各とも板フランジの前記折曲縁の先部
下内面に該折曲縁の内側折返しによる掛止用の端
面を設けて、該各とも板フランジ間にL形コーナ
ー部材を跨嵌し、該L形コーナー部材の一側に設
ける内側折曲片を前記の鉤折段面付の段落溝に突
当て嵌入し、他側に設ける外側傾斜片の端部を前
記掛止用の端面にて挟み止めるようにしたことを
特徴とするダクトの接続部構造にある。

曲部7と折曲部7の内端にて掛止用の端面7aを
形成する。

ーナー部材8は金属板材をL形に打抜いて、鉤折
方向の両側に板面8a,8aと両板面8a,8a
の長手方向の一辺の折立てにて内側折曲片8bを
形成し、他側辺の斜め折り立てにて外側傾斜片8
cを形成し、両板面8a,8a間に表出板部8d
を有せしめ、またL形コーナー部材の中間の内角
を挟んだ部片の折り立てにて鉤形をしたコーナー
カバー8eを備えている。

〈考案の効果〉 本考案は以上のようにして、ダクトの開口端に
段落溝を挟んで、該ダクト板によるとも板フラン
ジを形成するようにしたので、フランジ形成に当
つて従来生じていた溶接による熱歪みやダクトに
取付けるための鋲打ちなどによる引張変形等がす
べて解消してダクト間を歪みなく接続し得るとい
う効果を生ずる。またL形コーナー部材は内側折
曲片を鉤折段面付の段落溝への突当て嵌入と、外
側傾斜片の先端部を掛止用の端面による挟み止め
とによつて、ダクトに外圧などが加わつてもコー
ナー部材はみだりに外れ落ちるおそれが生じない
という効果がある。
