動自在に設け、前記水平部３の下端位置が、棚に
収納された前記磁気テープ２外周に近接した前面
側で且つ、前記テープ２の中心より下方よりの空
間に位置するように該棚にストツパ６を設け、該
バー材５が上方へ回動したときの前記水平部３の
上端位置は、それと棚板１１との高さが前記テー
プ２の直径より大になるようにしたことを特徴と
