洗い流す第3槽、第3槽にて蒸発したフロンガス
を回収するための冷却コイルを具備する超音波洗
浄装置において、上記第3槽に並んで第3槽から
取出した製品を冷却保持する第4槽を設け、該第
4槽で回収したフロンを上記第3槽へ還流するよ
うに構成したことを特徴とする超音波洗浄装置。 (2) 第3槽中のフロンを蒸留するための蒸留槽
を設け、該蒸留槽ではフロンの沸点温度を越えた
時、遠心分離作用で、低比重の不純物を排除する
ように構成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載
