Claims (1)
洗浄する第１槽、洗浄された製品をフロン中にて
冷却する第２槽、冷却された製品をフロンガスに
当てて表面でフロンの凝結を行い付着した汚れを
洗い流す第３槽、第３槽にて蒸発したフロンガス
を回収するための冷却コイルを具備する超音波洗
浄装置において、上記第３槽に並んで第３槽から
取出した製品を冷却保持する第４槽を設け、該第
４槽で回収したフロンを上記第３槽へ還流するよ
うに構成したことを特徴とする超音波洗浄装置。 (2) 第３槽中のフロンを蒸留するための蒸留槽
を設け、該蒸留槽ではフロンの沸点温度を越えた
時、遠心分離作用で、低比重の不純物を排除する
ように構成したことを特徴とする請求項１に記載
