の抵抗器本体を、開口部の長手方向の壁の一部に
凹状の切欠きを設けかつその開口部面と反対側の
パイプ等に取付けられる側の面の長手方向に端か
ら端まで凹状の溝を有する矩形のセラミツクケー
ス内に挿入するとともに、前記開口部を絶縁材料
で封止し、かつ前記セラミツクケースより被覆電
