- サイドブレーキと、サイドブレーキを作動させ
る駆動手段と、停車時の車両の移動を検出する検
出手段と、検出手段により車両の移動が検出され
ると駆動手段を駆動させてサイドブレーキを作動
させる制御手段とを備えて構成された車両の非常
停止装置。
