を大径部側から小径部側へ向かつて移動させるこ
とにより、上記燃料加圧室内の燃料を加圧するよ
うにした増圧式燃料噴射装置において、上記導入
路を大径部の端面と対向するピストン室の壁面に
ピストン室の断面積よりも小さい面積をもつて開
口させるとともに、上記ピストン室の壁面に大径
部が突き当たつた際に大径部の端面が上記導入路
の開口部を遮蔽するように大径部の端面とピスト
ン室の壁面との少なくとも開口部を囲む部分を接
触させ、さらに上記ピストンの大径部がピストン
室の壁面に突き当たつている際に、上記ピストン
室と作動流体供給源とが接続するように上記切換
弁を切換動作させ、上記ピストンが燃料噴射量に
応じた距離だけ加圧移動した際に、上記ピストン
室と上記作動流体タンクとが接続するように切換
弁を切換動作させる制御部を設けたことを特徴と
する増圧式燃料噴射装置。
