A seatbelt holder comprising a ring-shaped part provided with a vertically penetrating passage through which webbing pulled out from a retractor passes, the ring-shaped part regulating the path of the webbing, the seatbelt holder being a part of the ring-shaped part. 1. A seat belt holder, characterized in that the seat belt holder is provided with an opening/closing means that opens and closes the webbing after inserting the webbing into the passage.
