ツールリフタを貫通させてパンチタレツトのパン
チホルダ穴に回転不能且つ上下動自在にして装着
保持させると共に、前記伝動機構をタツプ送り機
構の入力部に接、離自在に関連させる一方、前記
ツールリフタの上昇位置にあるとき作用する上昇
力をブレーキパツドやピン等の部材を介して前記
伝動機構の出力ギヤに作用させるようにしたタツ
プ把持部材の回転阻止機構を設けて成り、タツピ
ング加工を行わないときはタツプ把持部材が回転
