内部に挿通する回動軸８で支持し、その回転軸８
の軸受け近傍並びに挿通端寄りの各軸線上に一対
の屈伸自在なリンクアーム９，１０を夫々軸承装
着し、このリンクアーム９，１０の片端側を可動
フレーム４に軸承枢着すると共に、他端側を固定
フレーム２に軸承枢着してなることを特徴とする
