Claims (1)
画素を配置し、この画素を発光させるための直交
する電極が形成された薄膜EL素子において、前
記電極の外部との接続の為の端子部を各電極に付
き前記ガラス基板の端部両側に配置したことを特
徴とする薄膜EL素子。 2 前記ガラス基板のコーナー部を滑らかな曲面
とし、前記端子部を曲面部より外(含側面)に形
成したことを特徴とする、実用新案登録請求の範
囲第1項記載の薄膜EL素子。 3 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項又は第2項記
載の薄膜EL素子を縦又は(及び)横に複数個配
置し、電気的に接続してマトリツクス表示を行な
