Claims (1)
ガイド部材に沿わせて、このガイド部材により電
線の配線経路を固定するように構成したワイヤハ
ーネスにおいて、 前記ガイド部材を所定形状に変形可能でかつ変
形形状を維持するように形成し、かつこのガイド
部材を前記コネクタハウジングに固定するように
構成したことを特徴とするワイヤハーネス。 (2) コネクタハウジングより導出された電線を
ガイド部材に沿わせて、このガイド部材により電
線の配線経路を固定するように構成したワイヤハ
ーネスにおいて、 前記ガイド部材を合成樹脂製棒材により形成し
て、合成樹脂製棒材の未硬化時に所定形状に屈曲
して硬化後に前記電線を沿わせるようにし、また
合成樹脂製棒材の一端に端子金具を設けて、この
端子金具をコネクタハウジングの端子収容室内に
挿入固定して前記ガイド部材を前記コネクタハウ
ジングに固定するように構成したことを特徴とす
るワイヤハーネス。 (3) コネクタハウジングより導出された電線を
ガイド部材に沿わせて、このガイド部材により電
線の配線経路を固定するように構成したワイヤハ
ーネスにおいて、 薄板帯をらせん状に巻いた筒状のフレキシブル
管により前記ガイド部材を形成して、このフレキ
シブル管内に前記電線を通すようにし、またフレ
キシブル管の一端にカバー状の固定部に設けて、
この固定部をコネクタハウジングに被せることに
より前記ガイド部材を前記コネクタハウジングに
固定するように構成したことを特徴とするワイヤ
