If a power outage occurs while an elevator is running, the cars will stop between floors, resulting in a so-called jammed state. To prevent this, an emergency power source such as a battery is provided, and in the event of a power outage, the car will be switched from commercial power to this emergency power source and run to the nearest floor.
It is well known that they try to rescue passengers inside the car. In this case, in order to rescue the passengers in the car, it is of course necessary to open the door after the car has stopped at the nearest floor, but since the door control circuit under normal conditions is intricately intertwined with other control circuits, the battery capacity In order to make the power outage as small as possible, a door control circuit for power outages is provided separately from the one for normal times, and in the event of a power outage, the door is opened by switching to the door control circuit for power outages.

By the way, in the past, this power outage door control circuit was only used during power outages, so if the door could not be opened due to a cause other than a power outage, such as a blown fuse in the door drive circuit or damage to the door drive relay, There was a problem that the door could not be opened and the building was stuck in a jammed state.

This invention focuses on the fact that depending on the cause of the inability to open the door and the location of the failure, it may be possible to avoid the inability to open the door by switching from the door control circuit for normal times to the one for power outages. This was done to solve the above problem, and it is equipped with a means to detect the inability to open the door, and when it detects the inability to open the door, not only during a power outage, it switches from the normal door control circuit to the door control circuit for power outage. The first feature is that the door is opened using battery power.

Furthermore, if it is detected that the door has been successfully opened by switching to the door control circuit for power outages, the circuit can be switched back to the normal door control circuit to ensure that the door cannot be opened temporarily due to mischief, etc. The second feature is that the system automatically returns to normal operation if the system is damaged.

The figure is a circuit diagram showing the overall configuration of the present invention. In the figure, R, S, and T are commercial power supplies, 10 is a three-phase transformer, 11 is a rectifier circuit, 12 is a door control circuit for normal use, and 13 is a door door control circuit. A driving motor, 14 a door control circuit for power outage, 15 a battery power supply, 16 a normally closed contact of a door opening relay (not shown) which is energized by a door opening command and deenergized when the door is fully opened; In the power failure detection relay, A 1 and A 2 are their normally open contacts, A 3 , A 4 and
A 5 is its normally closed contact, TB is a time-limited return timer to detect that the door cannot be opened, and TB 1 is its normally open contact.

以上の構成において次に動作を説明する。 Next, the operation of the above configuration will be explained.

The timer TB is set to a time slightly longer than the normal door opening operation time, and as long as the door is opened normally, the timer TB is always energized and the contacts are closed.
TB 1 is also always closed. Therefore, under normal conditions, power failure detection relay A is always energized, and contact A 1
By closing A 2 and A 2 , power is supplied to the door control circuit 12 and the door drive motor 13 from the commercial power source.

If a power outage occurs while the elevator is running, contacts A 1 and A 2 will open due to power outage detection relay A.
Since the contacts A 3 , A 4 and A 5 are closed, power is supplied from the battery power supply 15 to the door control circuit 14 for power outage and the door drive motor 13, and the car is stopped at the nearest floor by a circuit not shown. After that, the door will be opened. After the power is restored, power outage detection relay A is activated again.

When the elevator stops at a floor and a door opening command is issued, the contact 16 is opened by the energization of the door opening relay and the timer TB starts counting. Contact 16 remains open while the door is not fully opened,
If the door cannot be fully opened within the specified time for some reason, timer TB is deenergized, contact TB 1 is opened, power failure detection relay A is deenergized, and power is switched to battery power in the same way as in the case of power outage described above. , the door opening operation is performed. If the cause of the inability to open the door is in the normal control circuit, the door will be opened by this switch, and when the door is fully opened, contact 16 will close, timer TB will be energized, and the power failure detection relay will be activated. A
is energized again and returns to normal operation. At this time, if the cause of the inability to open the door is temporary, normal operation will continue, and if the cause of inability to open the door is not temporary and still exists, the above will be repeated the next time the door is opened. The action will be repeated.

According to this invention, not only during power outages, but also when the door cannot be opened due to a malfunction, etc., the power is switched to battery power and the door control circuit for power outages is used to open the door. If the cause of the problem lies in the control circuit during normal operation, the door can be opened, and the occurrence of jamming accidents can be greatly reduced. In addition, if the door cannot be opened temporarily due to mischief or the like, it is possible to automatically return to normal operation from operation during a power outage.
