装置を順次連結してなる冷媒回路と、前記凝縮器
と並列に電磁弁を具備したバイパス回路により成
る室外ユニツトと、蒸発器を設けた室内ユニツト
とより構成され、運転時は、液封止電磁弁を開き
、凝縮器を通過させ運転回路を形成し、停止時は
電磁弁と液封止電磁弁を閉じ、凝縮器に液冷媒を
貯えると共に前記凝縮器と並列に設けたバイパス
回路の電磁弁を開いて冷媒ガスをバイパスさせる
