Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ スクリユー本体の外周部に複数のピンがピン
の軸心をスクリユー本体半径方向に向けて固定さ
れており、これらのピンにはピンの一方の側面か
ら他方の側面に斜めに貫通する傾斜穴が設けられ
ており、傾斜穴はおよそ半数のピンではピンの根
元側からピンの先端側へ材料を流すように傾斜し
ており、残りのおよそ半数のピンではピンの先端
側からピンの根元側へ材料を流すように傾斜して
いる押出機用スクリユーにおいて、 ピンは、根元側が小径であり先端側が大径であ
る逆円すい台状の形状をしていることを特徴とす
る押出機用スクリユー。 ２ ピンは、スクリユーのフライトが設けられて
いない部分の全周にわたつて配列されている請求
項１記載の押出機用スクリユー。
