ある。
図において、１はコンバータ整流回路、２は商
用交流電源、３はコンバータ平滑回路、４はイン
バータ、７は開閉器、８は開閉シーケンス手段、
９は地絡電流制限抵抗、１０は地絡検出器、１１
はコンタクタ、１２はコンタクタ開閉手段である
。なお、図中同一符号は同一、または相当部分を
示す。

出力する地絡検出手段と、該地絡検出手段の出力
信号により上記第１の開閉手段を開成する第１の
開閉制御手段と、上記第１の開閉手段の閉成開始
から所定時間経過した後上記第２の開閉手段を閉
成する第２の開閉制御手段とを備えたことを特徴
