ーホンとモニタテレビを有した住宅情報盤とを多
重信号線及び通話回線によつて接続するとともに
、上記警報監視盤とテレビカメラ付きロビーイン
ターホンとモニタテレビを有した住宅情報盤とを
映像信号の伝送制御を行なう映像制御盤を介して
接続して構成された集合住宅監視通話システムに
使用され、各住戸の住宅情報盤に対応して設置さ
れる通話回線切換用端末ユニツトであつて、 上記端末ユニツトは、警報監視盤と住宅情報盤
との間で、送受される多重信号を入出力するため
、上記警報監視盤と住宅情報盤の対応した信号端
子の各々に多重信号線を介して接続される多重信
号端子と、 上記ロビーインターホンの各々に通話回線を介
して接続される複数の通話端子と、住宅情報盤の
対応した端子に接続される通話端子と、 上記ロビーインターホン側に接続された複数の
通話回線のいずれかと、住宅情報盤側の通話回線
とを選択的に接続するための通話回線切換手段と
、 上記映像制御盤と住宅情報盤の対応した端子に
給電線を介して接続されるテレビ電源入、出力端
子と、 このテレビ電源入、出力端子を通じて住宅情報
盤に供給されるテレビ電源をオン、オフ制御する
