Claims (1)
設けられた可動部を有するとともに前記コイルの

けたアーマチユアと、前記接極子に対して前記軸
方向に対向する磁極部を有するヨークと、前記磁
極部に対して前記接極子を介して前記軸方向に対
向する磁極部を有するとともに前記ヨークに磁気
結合する他方の磁極を有する永久磁石部とを備え
、前記アーマチユア、ヨークおよび永久磁石部の
接合部分の少なくともいずれかを磁性体粉入り接
