Claims (1)
検出用リード線とを分岐して有し、他端に第2の
電流供給用リード線と第2の電圧検出用リード線
とを分岐して有する4線式の被測定抵抗体と、高
入力インピーダンスの増幅器と、定電流源とを具
備し、前記定電流源から前記第1、第2の電流供
給用リード線を介して前記被測定抵抗体に定電流
を流し、前記被測定抵抗体の両端に発生する電圧
を、前記第1及び第2の電圧検出用リード線を介
して前記増幅器の第1及び第2の入力端に印加し
、前記増幅器で所望の電圧に増幅するように成し
た4線式測定抵抗体を用いた抵抗・電気信号変換
器において、前記定電流源から前記第1の電流供
給用リード線に至る回路間に第1のトランジスタ
のコレクタとベース電極とを定電流源側に、エミ
ツタ電極を第1の電流供給用リード線側にそれぞ
れ接続すると共に、前記定電流源の出力端から一
方向性半導体素子を介して第2のトランジスタの
ベース電極へ接続すると共に、前記第2のトラン
ジスタのコレクタ電極を前記定電流源の出力端に
、エミツタ電極を前記定電流源と前記第2の電流
供給用リード線との交点にそれぞれ接続すると共
に、前記増幅器の第1及び第2の入力端の間に高
インピーダンスを有する抵抗を接続することによ
り、前記4線式被測定抵抗体のいずれの断線モー
ドにおいても前記増幅器の出力信号を確実に下限
に振り切らせるようにしたことを特徴とする4線
