Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate operation to fill an artificial dental root in an alveoli bone and perform rapid setting of a filling part by a method wherein a filling part and a head part are divided from each other and engaged with each other and situated in a manner to couple with each other, an engaging coupling part is formed in a taper shape, and the head part is inserted in the filling part for fixing. CONSTITUTION:A filling part 1 is formed in a flat shape, a number of holes 1a are formed in a flat surface, and an engaging protrusion part 1b in a taper narrowed toward above is formed on the one side of a central part. A head part 2 is provided with a tapered engaging recessed part 2a spread toward a lower end. When the head part 2 is inserted in the filling part 1 from above, the engaging recessed part 2a of the head part is engaged in a manner to fasten the engaging protrusion and recessed part 1b, and the two tapered engaging parts are firmly fixed without loosening. The filling part 1 and the head part 2 are divided from each other and both formed by a Ti material or a Ti alloy material, and a fine groove is formed in an alveoli bone by operation, and the flat filling part 1 is filled therein. During filling, the engaging recessed part 1b formed in the filling part is filled with resin to prevent blocking of a hole. In the filled filling part 1, rapid reproduction of a bone is effected through the holes 1a, and holding ability is improved for securing.

In recent years, oral implantation surgery has been performed in which artificial teeth are permanently attached to replace extracted teeth, and improvements have been made to practical implanted structures, ie, implants. As shown in Fig. 1, the conventional implant has an implant part 1 that is implanted into the alveolar bone, a head part 2 that is exposed in the oral cavity and serves as an abutment for the denture, and the head part 2 is connected to the implant part 1. cervical region 3
It is composed of 1a is the diameter 1 formed in the implanted part.
Make a hole with a diameter of ~3 mm to ensure a good bone attachment. Note that there are cases where the neck 3 is not narrowed and the head 2 is connected to the implant 1 in a straight manner. The implant has an implant portion 1, a head portion 2, and a neck portion 3 that are integrally made of a corrosion-resistant material such as li or Ti alloy. It is a single metal structure that is cast, forged, sintered, or injection molded, or that the implantation part and head are divided into parts, processed and formed, and then welded together to form a single body.

(Problem) Conventionally, with such a single-structure implant, it is necessary to perform a surgery to implant the implant part 1 into the alveolar bone with the head attached, so the exact position must be carefully determined before implantation. It required skill. In addition, there is a drawback that the implanted part loosens or moves before it takes root in the bone, resulting in poor stability.

The present invention has been proposed in order to eliminate such conventional drawbacks, and the implant part and the head part of the implant are divided and provided so as to fit and connect with each other, and the fitting connection is It is characterized by having a tapered section so that the head can be inserted and fixed into the implanted section.

In the present invention, since the implantation part and the head part have a separate structure, processing and molding is easy and precision parts can be manufactured. In addition, during surgery, implantation is easy, and since the head is fitted and connected from behind to the implanted part embedded in the alveolar bone, the implanted part can be fully rooted in the bone, preventing loosening or movement. It is possible to improve retention without causing any damage.

When the head 2 is embedded and fitted into the implanted portion 1, the two are tapered and firmly fixed together. The resin filled in the fitting recess 1b of the implanted part is handled, and the fitting part 2a of the head is fitted therein. The implanted part 1 thus constructed is firmly held in the bone, and the head 2 is firmly fixed to the implanted part 1, so that the R teeth supported on the head can be stably supported without loosening or moving. can.

The implant portion 1, the head 2, and the fitting connection portion thereof are processed by die-casting or injection processing of Ti material or Ti alloy material, and furthermore, precision finishing processing is performed if necessary. In addition, precision processing is performed on the rolled or forged thin plate by laser processing, wire cut electric discharge machining, electric discharge die engraving, drilling, lathe processing, etc., and sheet metal press processing is performed. It is usually effective to finish with a processing accuracy of about 10 μm.

Fig. 3 shows that the implantation part 11 is formed into a double blade shape in which two flat blades are bridge-connected at the upper end base and face each other almost parallel to each other in the depth direction, and the opposing inner surfaces of both blades are each tapered. A fitting portion 11b is formed into which the head is inserted. (B) is a side sectional view of the implanted portion 11, and (C) is a top view, in which a large number of holes 11a are formed in the flat blade surface. The head 21 is <a
> As shown in the figure, 21a are formed on both sides of the tapered concave fitting part, and are inserted and fitted into the implanted part 11. Since the implantation part 11 is formed into a double blade, the implantation in the alveolar bone is firmly held with more than twice the force, and the retention force of the head 21 coupled to the implantation part 11 is also increased.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, according to the present invention, an artificial tooth root has an implanted part embedded in the alveolar bone and a head that is connected to the implanted part and serves as an abutment for a denture exposed in the oral cavity. The implanted part and the head are divided and provided so that they fit and connect with each other, and the fitting joint part is tapered so that it is inserted into the implanted part and fixed to the head. Because of this, the implantation surgery into the alveolar bone can be easily performed, and the implanted part can be quickly boned, and since the head is connected to this fixed implanted part, the implanted part can be fully boned and the head can be firmly attached. It increases the holding power and prevents loosening or movement, making it possible to stably and reliably support the denture. In addition, since the implantation part and the head are connected by a tapered fitting connection, sufficient pressure resistance (70 ki or more) is obtained against the occlusal force in the insertion direction, and the connection is strong and stable without loosening. It has the effect of providing holding power. In addition, since the head part is a tapered joint, it is easy to pull out the head part, which is extremely convenient when making precise corrections and finishing.
