離隔てた軸端部分に対して下向きの荷重を付加し
得るように設けられた荷重付加手段と、該荷重付
加手段を前記荷重付加位置と非荷重付加位置とに
移動させるアクチユエータと、回転軸の回転数を
検出する回転数検出手段と、該手段から出力され
る回転数検出信号に基づいて前記アクチユエータ
の作動を制御する制御手段と、を備えたことを特
