Abstract

PURPOSE:To keep high recording accuracy by adjusting a picture signal transferred to a recording section while taking a space caused in a reception recording time into account at copying, differentiating the recording position of the picture signal and a received picture signal so as to eliminate missing of the recorded picture. CONSTITUTION:A control section 2 detecting the setting of the copy mode from a key input section of an operation panel 7 starts a read scanning section 1 to read and scan the original. The control section 2 counts a line number of a picture signal inputted from the scanning section 1 by a counter circuit 21 and the circuit 21 counts till the line number from the count reaches the line number of the upper space of the recording paper. When it is detected that the line number of the picture signal reaches the line number of the upper end space, the control section 2 gives a command to a counter circuit 22 to make it count the picture element number of the succeeding line of the picture signal and discriminates it that the picture element position is escaped from the left space based on the count and when one line is not finished, a picture signal is fed to a recording scanning section 6, where recording scanning is implemented to obtain the recording picture. The operation above is repeated and one page is finished, and when no succeeding page exists, the mode is restored to the standby state.

As a result, for example, when a received image signal corresponding to document A as shown in FIG. 4(a) is recorded, a corresponding margin is generated at the upper end of the recording paper, and a corresponding margin is generated as shown in FIG. 4(b). Recorded image A is obtained.

By the way, in addition to recording the received image signal as described above, this type of facsimile apparatus also has a so-called copy function of reading and scanning a document with its own terminal and recording the image signal obtained thereby.

However, with this type of conventional facsimile HIM,
The image signals obtained in this copy mode are also subjected to the same recording control as the received image signals, resulting in the above-mentioned blank space at the top of the recording paper.

As a result, for example, when recording an image signal corresponding to a document as shown in FIG. 5(a) in the copy mode, the top edge of the recording paper will be shifted downward by the specified margin, and the bottom edge will also be shifted downward by the specified margin. As a result, a photographic record as shown in FIG. 3(b) with only the margins removed was obtained.

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) As described above, in the conventional recording control method of the facsimile machine described above, even in the copy mode, as in the normal reception recording mode, recording in which a blank area occurs at the top edge of the recording paper is not possible. Therefore, there is a problem in that the recording accuracy inevitably deteriorates significantly, such as a large amount of recorded images being missing during repeated copying in the copy mode.

(Function) In the recording section clearing method of a facsimile apparatus of the present invention, an image signal adjusting means is provided, and in the copy mode, the image signal to be transferred to the recording section is adjusted while taking into account the margin area (occurred during reception recording). The recording position of the image signal is different from the recording position of the received image signal.

For example, as shown in Figure Tf53 (a), a document with an original image surrounded by a top margin, a left margin, a bottom margin, and a right margin is read in copy mode, and the resulting image is obtained. When recording an image signal, step 2d above
, 51 of 2e! The upper end of the image signal is deleted by the amount corresponding to the upper margin portion of the image signal and is output to the recording/scanning section 6 (Similarly, the left end is also deleted by the amount equivalent to the left margin portion).
Therefore, a corresponding recorded image as shown in FIG. 3(b) can be obtained on the recording paper at the same position as the original image area.

(Effects of the Invention) As explained above, according to the recording control method of the facsimile apparatus of the present invention, in the copy mode, the image signal to be transferred to the recording section is adjusted while taking into account the blank area that occurs during reception recording, and the image signal is Since the recording position of the received image signal is different from the recording position of the received image signal, the recorded image can be reproduced in the same position as the original even when copying repeatedly in copy mode, and high-precision recording without image deletion is possible. It becomes possible.

Further, when recording the received image signal, recording control is performed to create a specified blank space at least at the upper end as in the past, so the function of preventing essential information such as sender information from being omitted is not impaired.
