- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 一定車速での走行状態が維持されるようにス
ロツトルアクチユエータによつてスロツトル開度
を制御する自動定速走行装置と、複数の変速パタ
ーンを有する自動変速機と、を備えた自動車の走
行制御装置において、 自動変速機の複数の変速パターンのうち実際に
選択されている変速パターンを検出する変速パタ
ーン検出手段と、実際に選択されている変速パタ
ーンが高速型のものであるほどスロツトルアクチ
ユエータの制御初期値及び制御ゲインの両方又は
一方を小さくする制御変更手段と、を有すること
を特徴とする自動車の走行制御装置。 ２ 自動定速走行装置の加速スイツチが操作され
ている場合にのみ制御変更手段の作動を許可する
変更許可手段が設けられている請求項１記載の自
動車の走行制御装置。
