た加熱蒸散装置において、 該加熱蒸散装置の底部に通気口を設け、外気が
この通気口から前記間隙を通じて連通しうるよう
になしたことを特徴とする加熱蒸散装置。 (2) 薬液容器上位に刻設したネジ部を加熱蒸散
装置内部に設けた保持体に螺合させて該薬液容器
を収納することを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
