記プラテンローラと前記サーマルヘツドとの間に
記録紙を搬送すると共に、前記記録紙と前記サー
マルヘツドとの間にインクフイルムを搬送して前
記記録紙にプリントするようにした熱転写プリン
タにおいて、前記供給側インクフイルムロールの
コア部に接触してこのロールに転写時に制動力を
付勢するブレーキパツドを前記サーマルヘツドを
駆動する駆動手段に連結し、前記供給側インクフ
イルムロールの外周に接触する押圧ローラを前記
供給側インクフイルムロールの径方向に移動自在
に取付け、前記供給側インクフイルムロールの巻
径が減少するに連れてこのロールから離れる方向
に強い弾発力を前記押圧ローラに付勢するばね部
材を、前記押圧ローラと前記ブレーキパツドとの
