径は前記芯材の両側面の半径より大きく且つロー
ラ刷毛本体の半径より小さくされていることを特
徴とする塗装用ローラ刷毛。
(2) 円形ガイド板のうち芯材表面部位に相当す
る半径位置から該ガイド板端縁の位置までの軸心
に対する垂直方向の距離は、毛のうち円形ガイド
板の端縁から外側に出ている該毛部分の長さより
長くされている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
載の塗装用ローラ刷毛。
(3) 毛のち円形ガイド板の端縁から外へ出てい
る該毛部分の長さが、１mm乃至７mmである実用新
案登録請求の範囲第２項記載の塗装用ローラ刷毛
。
(4) 円形ガイド板の任意半径位置から端縁にか
けての部分が、全周に亘つてローラ刷毛本体の内
側に向けて屈曲され、この屈曲される角度は軸心
に対して８０°乃至９０°である実用新案登録請
求の範囲第１項記載の塗装用ローラ刷毛。
(5) 毛が、塗装面への押圧力を受けた際に植設
箇所を支点として曲がる状態で設けられたもので
ある実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の塗装用
