Abstract

PURPOSE:To contribute the improvement of processing speed by providing such a means as automatically throwing and extracting layer papers without preventing the processing speed of the whole line on a layer paper automatic throwing/extracting device after plating of an IC lead frame. CONSTITUTION:This layer paper automatic throwing/extracting device 1 is provided with a first stock means 2, an absorptive holding means 3, a vertically moving means 4, a horizontally moving means 5, and a second stock means 6. The absorptive holding means 3 is once lowered to absorb and hold a layer paper 8, and then raised to hold the waiting state. When the falling of an IC lead frame 7 on a tray 31 is detected by a sensor not shown, the absorptive holding means 3 is moved in the right direction in the drawing for positioning on the second stock means 6, and at the same time, lowered until it comes in close to the IC lead frame 7, and in this position, the layer paper 8 is separated and fallen down on the IC frame 7. Such motion is repeated every IC lead frame 7, and the layer paper 8 is put between each IC lead frame 7.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] <Field of Application of the Invention> The present invention relates to an automatic insertion/removal device for interlaminar paper, that is, a device used when plating or other processing is applied to, for example, an IC lead frame. During unloading after the plating process, interlayer paper is automatically inserted between each IC lead frame that is stacked one after another to prevent the IC lead frames from getting entangled with each other, or vice versa. This invention relates to an automatic interlayer paper loading/unloading device for automatically taking out interlayer paper from between IC lead frames when stacking IC lead frames sandwiched between stacks of IC leads to be sequentially supplied (loaded) to a certain processing step.

<Problems to be Solved by the Invention> By the way, if plate-like materials having many fine bottles such as ICI7-dofoam are stacked as they are, the bottles will become entangled with each other, which will have a great negative effect on subsequent processing. Therefore, in order to prevent this mutual entanglement of pins, when stacking IC lead frames at the end of one process, is it necessary to insert interlayer paper between each IC lead frame? Ru. Further, the sandwiched interlayer paper needs to be removed once in the next processing step.

<Operation and Use> First, the suction holding means descends onto the stock means storing the interlayer paper and holds one sheet of interlayer paper there by suction. Next, this suction holding means is raised by the vertical movement means and moved onto the second stock means in which the plate-like object is stored by the horizontal movement means, and then this suction holding means is lowered onto the second stock means by the vertical movement means. After that, the adsorption/holding is released and the interlayer paper is allowed to fall onto the plate-like object.

The suction holding means 3 is capable of holding the interlayer paper 8 by suction, and is made up of a pair of suction pads 11, 11 connected by a first connecting member 12, each suction pad 11 having:
It is connected by a hose 13 to a suction pump (not shown). A pressure sensor (not shown) is connected to each suction pad 11, and the pressure sensor detects whether or not the interlayer paper 8 is suctioned to the suction pad 11. In other words, if the interlayer paper 8 is attracted to the suction pad 11, the inside of the suction pad 11 will be in a reduced pressure state.
This reduced pressure state is detected by a pressure sensor.

The second stock means 6 comprises a stock table 2 and sliding claws 29, and conveyor rolls 30, 30, .
This is for sequentially stacking and storing the IC lead frames 7 transported by ---- until a certain number is reached. The second stocking means 6 is placed below the first stocking means 2 and also at a position offset in the horizontal direction. The stock table 28 is designed to automatically move up and down so that the top of the IC lead frame 7 stacked together with the interlayer paper 8 always maintains the same height position. The sliding claw 29 is configured to move forward and backward as shown by arrow X. In other words, conveyor roll 30.30,...
The IC lead frame 7 transported at - first falls onto the sliding claw 29, and then falls onto the stock tray 31 as the sliding claw 29 retreats. The reason why the sliding claw 29 is provided in this way is to avoid the large shock given to the IC lead frame 7 by directly dropping it onto the tray 31. In addition, 32 in the figure is tray 3.

The suction holding means 3 first descends and suctions/holds the interlayer paper 8.
It holds and then rises and holds the standby state. When a sensor (not shown) detects that the IC lead frame 7 has fallen onto the tray 31, the suction holding means 3 moves to the right in the figure and positions it on the second stock means 6, and at the same time moves the IC lead frame 7 onto the tray 31. 7, and then remove the interlayer paper 8 and IC! Drop it onto J-Dofoom 7. By repeating this operation for every 7 IC lead frames, interlayer paper 8 is inserted between each of the IC lead frames 7 that are successively stacked.
