れるNd:YAGロツドと、このNd:YAGロ
ツドの一端面の反射ミラーとの間で光共振器を構
成する出力ミラーと、前記光共振器内に設置して
YAGレーザ光の周波数を2倍にする周波数2倍
化素子とを有するレーザダイオード励起固体レー
ザにおいて、前記光共振器内で周波数2倍化され
たレーザ光を高反射する蒸着処理をNd:YAG
ロツドの一端面に施したことを特徴とするレーザ
