Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent liquid from flowing out even if a container falls and permit liquid to be poured out without opening/closing a lid when the need arises by providing a valve device which opens an air path for taking air into a container only when the need arises. CONSTITUTION:A lid 3 of a viscous liquid container 1 is provided with a liquid outlet port 4 and a valve device 5. In the valve device 5, a valve 11 having a protrusion 19 is pressed and supported by a spring 14 in a valve chamber 13 formed by a cylindrical frame 12, and the valve device 5 is communicated with the outside of the container via a flow-in hole 16 formed on a ceiling 15 to serve as a valve seat 15 and with the inside of the container via an outlet hole 18 formed on a floor 17. An air path 10 formed here is opened and closed by the valve 11 at a position of the flow-in hole 16. In this container 1, an air path 10 normally remains closed so that air may not enter the container even if the container falls not to permit liquid to be flowed out. On the other hand, when the liquid is to be poured out, the air path 10 is opened by pushing the protrusion 19 to take air into the container so that the liquid can be poured out.

<Prior art> As one of the conventionally known hard liquid containers of this type,
Some containers are equipped with an air path for introducing air into the container when dispensing liquid. In this hard liquid container, normally, as long as the air passage is closed with a finger, the liquid will not be poured out even if the spout is open because it is held back by atmospheric pressure.

<Function> That is, in this hard liquid container, the air passage is opened only when necessary by operating the valve device, so even if the container falls over, air will not enter the container and the liquid will not flow out. On the other hand, when dispensing liquid, the valve device is operated to open the air passage, allowing air to enter the container and dispensing the liquid.

That is, in this valve device 5, a valve 11 is pressed and supported by a spring 14 in a valve chamber 13 formed by a cylindrical frame 12, and a valve seat 15 is formed on a ceiling 15. The valve chamber 3, which communicates with the outside of the container through an inflow hole 16 and with the inside of the container through a spout hole 18 formed in a floor 17, forms an air passage 10 together with the inflow hole I6 and the spout hole 18. The air passage 10 is opened and closed by a valve 11 at the inflow hole 16.

The valve device 5 is formed integrally with the lid body 3, and a peripheral groove 21 is formed around the frame body 12, and a button-shaped cover unit 22 is fitted into the peripheral groove 21. Its top is covered. Note that → in the figure indicates the flow of air, and as can be seen, the air passage 10 is located between the gap between the cover unit 22 and the frame body 12 and between the cover unit 22 and the wall surface of the peripheral groove 21. It is designed to communicate with the outside through the gap.

In this hard liquid container 1, the air passage 10 in the valve device 5
is normally closed by the valve 11, and even if it falls over, air will not enter the container and liquid will not flow out. On the other hand, when dispensing liquid, the valve 11 is separated from the valve seat 15 by pushing the protrusion 19 through the cover unit 22, and the air passage IO is opened to draw air into the container and pour the liquid. Let it come out.

Furthermore, when the air passage 10 is closed by the valve 11, the dispensing of the liquid in the hard liquid container 1 stops instantaneously, so it is easy to finely adjust the amount dispensed. This is suitable for applications where it is necessary to delicately adjust the amount of water.

What is shown in Figures 3 to 5 is a frame 30.31.3.
These are several variations of the configuration in 2, all of which were devised in consideration of the convenience of molding, and basically, parts such as the ceiling 33 and floor 34 that are molded separately are used. The structure is assembled by fitting the convex part and the concave part. Further, examples are shown in which support portions 36, 37, and 38 are provided to support the valve 11 from the periphery. That is, the support part 36.37.38 is connected to the frame body 30.31.32.
A plurality of protrusions protrude from the inner periphery of the valve 11, respectively, and are adapted to abut around the valve 11.

Also, shown in FIGS. 6 to 8 are modified examples of the valve,
Spring 43.44 supporting valve 40.41.42.
45 and valves 40, 41, and 42 are integrally formed from a resin material. Like this spring 43.44.45
The reason why the and valves 40, 41, and 42 are integrally formed from a resin material is to avoid the problem of rusting if a metal one is used when the liquid to be filled is soy sauce, etc. , which aims to reduce processing costs. The springs 43, 44, 45 basically utilize the elastic force inherent in the resin material, and move the plurality of plate-shaped legs 47, 48, 49 below the valve 40, 41, 42. This is an extension of the area.

<Effects of the Invention> As explained above, the hard liquid container according to the present invention is equipped with a valve device that opens the air passage only when necessary, and the air passage can be opened only when necessary by operating the valve device. Even if the container falls over, air will not get into the container and liquid will not be poured out. Moreover, when necessary, there is no need for troublesome operations such as opening and closing the lid, just a simple operation of operating the valve device. It has the effect of pouring liquid with the valve device, and when the air passage is closed by the valve device, the liquid pouring stops instantly, making it easy to finely adjust the amount poured. This is suitable for applications where it is necessary to delicately adjust the amount of pouring.
