像信号の同期信号先端レベルとは異なつたレベル

形に着目するに、第2図aは基準レベルがPLで
ある映像信号の周波数分布を示し、Aは同期信号
であつて、その先端レベルはFLに設定されてい
る。なお、HLはピークレベルを示している。一
方、cは上記DCオフセツト回路5により、周波
数が高い方にオフセツトされたPCM信号を示し、
この周波数的オフセツトによつて同期信号A′の
先端レベルはFL′に設定される。なおピークレベ
ルはHL′に設定される。これにより図からも明ら
かなように音声信号の同期信号A′はその先端レ
ベルが映像信号における同期信号Aの先端レベル
FLとは異なつたレベルに記録されることとなる。
静止画像再生時の特殊再生時には上記両同期信号
の先端レベルは映像信号変復調回路3の再生出力
側に接続された分離回路7により判別され、映像
信号側の同期信号先端レベルだけを検出して、次
段に接続されているリトリガーモノマルチバイブ
レーター8により保持された所定時間、映像出力
信号路中に設けられたスイツチング手段SをON
するよう制御して映像信号だけを出力させて音声
信号が出力VO側に出力されないようになつてい
