Claims (1)
- 半導体チツプを絶縁性パツケージ内に収蔵した
集積回路において、前記絶縁性パツケージに一体
的に収蔵されるとともに前記集積回路に常時電力
を供給する主電源と並列に接続され、そのしや断
時に前記集積回路に電力を供給するバツクアツプ
用電池を備えたことを特徴とする集積回路。
