【考案の詳細な説明】
〔技術分野〕
本考案は多極接点構成を持ちかつDCアーク遮

内にDCアーク遮断用の永久磁石3を収納し、凹
所2の外周壁部2aをボデイ(図示せず)上の各
極の接点端子板(図示せず)間に介入していた
が、しかしながら相隣接する接点端子板間の絶縁
距離を十分に設定するのが難しく、異極間の耐電
圧に高い値を確保できないという欠点があつた。

行植設してあつて、ボデイ4の上部両側に立設せ
る接点端子板5a,5b間にはボデイ4と一体成
形された絶縁壁6が立設介装されている。この絶
縁壁6は外周縁を逆L字状に薄肉部6aとし、丁
度、中央部の断面が凸状となつているものであ
る。一方ボデイ4上に被着するケース1は凹所2
の外周壁部2aの下面中央と、ケース1の端部の
垂下内壁とに沿うように並行リブ7を突設してお
り、ケース1をボデイ4上に被着した時にこの並
行リブ7の溝7aを前記絶縁壁6の薄肉部6aを
第3図に示すように嵌込み、凹所2の外周部2a
と、前記絶縁壁6とで両側の接点端子板5a,5
bを絶縁隔離させるのである。また接点端子板5
a,5bと、接触開離自在となる可動接点板(図
示せず)との間で生じるDCアークは凹所2内に
収納した永久磁石3の磁力によつて遮断できるの
である。

端子板間の耐電圧を高めることができるものであ
つて、DCアーク用永久磁石を設けても近接せる
異極間の耐電圧の向上が図れるという利点が有
る。
