- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ターボ分子ポンプのロータ軸先端に設けられた
スパイラル溝付きの軸部と、この軸部を受け入れ
る窪みを有する受け部とで構成され、上記スパイ
ラル溝の回転によるポンプ作用により上記溝部と
受け部との間に潤滑油を挿入して潤滑を行うター
ボ分子ポンプの軸受装置において、 上記軸部または受部をセラミツクスで形成した
ことを特徴とするターボ分子ポンプの軸受装置。
