Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 吐出口が設けられたキヤツプ本体と、 該キヤツプ本体とヒンジ部を介して開閉自在な
構成で一体的に形成されると共に、閉蓋時に該吐
出口を閉塞する閉栓を設けてなる蓋部とにより構
成されるキヤツプにおいて、 該吐出口の該ヒンジ部と異なる側の上端縁部と
該キヤツプ本体の実質的外周縁部とを結ぶ線と、
該実質的外周縁部を通る水平線とのなす角度θが
４５°以上（θ≧４５°）となるよう構成すると
共に、該吐出口に閉蓋時における該閉栓の嵌入を
許容するよう逃げ部を形成してなる構成のキヤツ
プ。
