有し、上記ケース本体と軸体との間にはコイルス
プリングが配置され、このコイルスプリングは巻
取り方向のねじり回転付勢力が上記軸体に作用す
るように上記ケース本体と軸体とに互いに連結さ
れ、上記リンク部材は互いに回転可能に連結され
た複数のリンク材によつて構成され、これらリン
ク材相互の回転連結部にはばね座金を介して軸部
材が貫通され、この軸部材によつて上記ばね座金
は上記回転付勢力より大きい回転抵抗力が上記回
転連結部に作用するように締付けられていること
