巻回してコア部を形成してなるメタル触媒担体に
おいて、前記波板の両側部の波高を中間部の波高
より低く形成し、この波板と前記平板との巻回後
に、コア部の片開口側のみを圧縮し、この片開口
側部を他部より縮径するとともに、前記波板と平
板とを相対移動可能としてなることを特徴とする
