Claims (1)
外周部に切刃チツプを取り付けてなる転削工具で
あつて、 前記カツタ本体の先端に、被削材を押さえ込む
ワーククランプ機構が配設される一方で、前記カ
ツタ本体の周面外方に、前記切刃チツプで生成さ
れた切屑を吸引する切屑吸引機構が配設されてな
り、 前記ワーククランプ機構は、前記カツタ本体の
先端中心部に形成された凹部に挿入されて前記カ
ツタ本体の軸線方向に移動可能に設けられた支持
部材と、この支持部材をカツタ本体の先端側に付
勢する付勢手段と、前記支持部材よりも前記カツ
タ本体の先端側に配設され、その基端側が前記支
持部材に支持されて前記カツタ本体の軸線回りに
回転自在に設けられたワーククランプ部材とから
構成され、 前記切屑吸引機構は、前記カツタ本体に対して
相対的に回転自在に支持されて前記カツタ本体の
外周面を覆う略円筒状の切屑収納体と、この切屑
収納体の内周面と前記カツタ本体の外周面との間
に形成された切屑収納室と、前記切屑収納体の外
表面に設けられて前記切屑収納室と連通する吸引
口と、前記カツタ本体の先端に前記切刃チツプの
すくい面と対向して設けられて、該切刃チツプで
生成される切屑を前記切屑収納室に誘導する切屑
案内部材とから構成されていることを特徴とする
