Claims (1)
- 不平衡側の一端が局部発振信号入力端子に、他
端がアースに接続され、平衡側の中点タツプがＲ
Ｆ信号入力端子に接続された第１の平衡―不平衡
変換型高周波伝送線路トランスと、セルフバイア
ス抵抗を含んでリング状に接続された４個のダイ
オードからなり、前記第１の平衡―不平衡変換型
高周波伝送線路トランスの平衡側の２端子に接続
された周波数変換手段と、不平衡側の一端が中間
周波数出力端子に、他端がアース接続され、平衡
側の中点タツプがアースに接続され、平衡側の２
端子が前記周波数変換手段の出力側に接続された
第２の平衡―不平衡変換型高周波伝送線路トラン
スと、前記第２の平衡―不平衡変換型高周波伝送
線路トランスの平衡側の２端子間に介装された１
個のコンデンサと１個のコイルからなる中間周波
数同調用の並列同調回路とを備えた高周波ダブル
バランスミキサ。
