取付部材に設けた取付け孔を介して内方から外方
へ挿通し、上記被取付部材の外側で上記外側管の
外端に締付ナツトを螺合して、上記外側管を上記
被取付部材に固定するものにおいて、上記被取付
部材の外側には、第１の緩衝材を介して上記被取
付部材に当接されかつ上記締付ナツトで固定され
る筒状のインシユレータが配設されており、また
、上記被取付部材の内側には、上記外側管の大径
部と上記被取付部材との間で、第２の緩衝材を介
して挾持固定されるアース金具が配設されており
、上記第２の緩衝材は、上記インシユレータ内に
挿入される部分が上記締付ナツトの締付けで半径
方向に膨脹できる軟質弾性材料で構成されている
