ードの固定方法を示す図、第５図は第４図Ｂ部の
部分詳細図、第６図は金属部材の別の例を示す図
である。 第１図〜第５図において、１Ａ，１Ｂは光共振
器を構成する一対の光共振器用ミラー、２Ａ，２
Ｂは光共振器用ミラー１Ａ，１Ｂをそれぞれ保持
固定するための金属支持体部品、３Ａ，３Ｂは金
属支持体部品２Ａ，２Ｂにそれぞれろう付され、
且つガラスバルブ７の両端に接合された金属封入
皿、４は金属封入皿３Ｂにろう付された金属排気
管、５はＡｌ製カソード、６はガラス細管、７は
ガラスバルブ、８は本考案による金属部材、９は
Ａｌ製カソード５を金属支持体部品２Ｂの内面に
密着させるためのプレス治具である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ガラス細管を内部に保持したガラスバルブの端
    部に固着された金属封入皿に取付けられ、かつ、
    光共振器用ミラーを保持する金属支持体部品が、
    電極を兼ねるガスレーザ管において、ドーナツ板
    状の内径部に中心に向かつた複数個の突出物を設
    けた金属部材の一端面を、前記金属支持体部品の
    ガラスバルブ側端面に接続し、更に先端部の外径
    が前記金属部材の突出部の先端に内接する円の直
    径より大きく、かつ、突出部の中央を通る円の直
    径より小さい円筒状のカソードを前記金属部材に
    挿入配置し、かつ金属支持体部品の内周面に押し
    あてることにより、カソードを保持固定した事を
    特徴とするガスレーザ管。
