加した後、電源を短絡するようにしたスイツチ手
段、上記超電導コイル内を移動するコンベア手段
を備え、上記コンベア手段に未着磁の永久磁石を
取付けて超電導コイル内に配置し、上記スイツチ
手段により超電導コイルに直流電力を短時間与え
ると共に、上記コンベアを所定区間駆動して永久
磁石を着磁するようにしたことを特徴とする超電
